Gustare was featured in the Boston Globe’s “Food & Dining” section in March 2012 after the opening of the Wellesley Square location, which is now under new ownership and renamed Spring & Vine. On March 1, Chatham-based Gustare Oils and Vinegars will move to the east end of Main Street. The new location at 400 Main St. is “almost a homecoming,” according to Dave Ferraresi and his wife Catherine, the company’s co-owners.
