You’ve asked (for years), and we have finally answered. Introducing our very first dark(er) roast coffee – Night Owl! We experimented and found that our beloved Tingo Maria coffee from Peru can withstand heat and offers an indulgent cup when roasted to the darkest side on the medium roast scale. When testing this bean on our S35 Loring machine, we found the profile that brings out the nice bold flavors of a darker roast without compromising the integrity and quality of the coffee we work so hard to source. Bursting with flavors of dark chocolate, brown butter, and toffee, we cannot wait to hear what you think!
