Caffeine-Free
Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, lemon verbena, spearmint, and valerian root.
Brewing Instructions: Steep one tea sachet in 8 oz of hot water for 5-6 minutes; steep longer for stronger flavor.
