B.L.A.T. (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato)

A classic BLT, but a little healthier! No need to turn the oven or stove on for this flavorful sandwich.
Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread (a boule is my favorite)

2 tbsp. Gustare Bacon Olive Oil, approximately
-
Lettuce (combo of tango, baby spinach, baby red oakleaf, lolla rosa, arugula or your favorites)

1 ripe, heirloom tomato, thickly sliced

Fleur de Sel

Pepe & Aglio Seasoning Blend (pepper & garlic)

1 ripe, haas avocado, sliced
Directions
Lightly toast bread. Liberally brush olive oil on the insides of the bread. Add lettuce to the bottom slice, followed by tomato slices. Sprinkle with sea salt and Pepe & Aglio. Finish with avocado slices. Add the top slice of toast and cut in half. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
• Add cooked bacon in strips or crumbled
• Eliminate avocado, if desired
