Easy, fruit salad that is just festive enough for the 4th of July!
Ingredients

4 white peaches, cut into thin wedges, approx. ¼”

1 quart strawberries, rinsed, pat dried, hulled
-
½ pint blueberries, rinsed, pat dried

½ pint raspberries, rinsed, pat dried

¼ cup Gustare Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of ½ lime
Directions
Select a bowl to hold all the fruit adding the raspberries last.
In a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar, zest, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Pour over fruit salad. Stir gently so raspberries don’t break down. Serve in a martini glass for fun or a dish of your choice. Enjoy!
