Smoky cumin and spicy pimenton, make this Catalan inspired jam sensational. Made every July and August with local tomatoes at their peak of ripeness. Our tomato of choice is the Oregon Star grown by Flamingo Ridge Organics. Serve it with Manchego cheese and cured meats, burgers, Or try it with grilled lamb or fish!
