What a fantastic, classic, green varietal. Nocellara is vibrant with a beautiful sweet, flowery, fresh-fruit aroma. This oil is well balanced with medium bitterness, and notable pungency. The flavor has spicy, herbal notes with characteristics of butteriness and nuttiness for a warm, round mouth feel. Perfecto!
