Lemon & Pepper Linguine

Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods, this pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of lemon, pepper, and wheat germ during cooking. It is ideal for serving with simple fish or meat-based sauces without tomato, shellfish, or crustaceans.

This pasta can be mixed with Garlic and Basil, Black Squid Ink, or Red Chili Linguine since they have the same cooking time (5/6 minutes) to create a more colorful and rich-flavored plate!
