Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods, this pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of garlic, basil, and wheat germ during cooking, making it ideal for serving with simple light olive oil-based sauces. Toss the freshly cooked linguine with a medium-intensity EVOO and fresh garlic then sprinkle with chili flakes.
This pasta can be mixed with Red Chili and/or the Lemon and Pepper Linguine since they have the same cooking time (5/6 minutes) to create a more colorful and rich in flavor plate!
