There are times when I need to dash out the door in the morning without a proper breakfast to start my day. My favorite quick, easy, super greens smoothie provides a healthy start until I break for an early lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 orange (Cara Cara is my favorite...the color!), rind and pith completely removed, cut in half
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop of your favorite super green powder (or follow directions on canister)

1 tsp. Gustare Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender (Ninja or Bullet type are best) and blend until completely smooth.
Enjoy alongside a true breakfast or sip in your car on the way to work. Enjoy!
