Following up on its story from earlier in 2010, the Boston Globe listed Gustare among its best new food and restaurant businesses in Massachusetts. On March 1, Chatham-based Gustare Oils and Vinegars will move to the east end of Main Street. The new location at 400 Main St. is “almost a homecoming,” according to Dave Ferraresi and his wife Catherine, the company’s co-owners.
