Add a sweet and tangy tropical twist to dippable chicken, tofu, or avocado nuggets with this fruity sauce. Grilled fish and seafood kabobs would love a little dunk in this golden sea as well. Thick in texture, it will easily adhere to whatever you dip into it. Or, stir it into unsweetened yogurt or oatmeal and top with tropical fresh fruit or coconut. 1C fresh pineapple, chopped
¼C pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp lime zest
- Puree pineapple and pineapple juice together in blender until thick and smooth. Pour into small mixing bowl.
- Stir in Gustare Jalapeño Passionfruit Balsamic Vinegar.
- Add spices and zest. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
