Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Gustare Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or your favorite Gustare varietal
  • 2 cups shelled pepitas
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg white, beaten until foamy
  • 1 tbsp. Gustare Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.

Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until pepitas are golden and dry, stirring every 5 minutes for approximately 15 minutes.

Separate any clumps while still warm. Cool completely. Enjoy!
