Ingredients

  • Ice
  • San Pellegrino, chilled
  • Gustare Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • Narrow wedges of fresh peaches for garnish

Directions

In a chilled 6-8 oz. glass, add ice and sparking water.

Add ½-1 oz. Ripe Summer Peach balsamic and stir.

Add a narrow peach wedge to the rim of the glass to dip and sip, and/or float a very thin slice of lime in the glass, sit back and enjoy!

Notes

Note: For a change of pace, substitute Ripe Summer Peach for Sicilian Lemon or Apricot balsamic.  Add your favorite citrus fruit and enjoy.
