- San Pellegrino, chilled
- Gustare Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- Lemon and/or other citrus slice for garnish
- In a chilled 6-8 oz. glass, add ice and sparking water.
- Add ½-1 oz. Sicilian Lemon balsamic and stir.
- Float a very thin slice of lemon and/or other citrus for garnish, sit back and enjoy!
Note: For a change of pace, substitute Sicilian Lemon with Gustare Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar. For garnish, hang a slice of ripe, fresh peach on the rim of the glass. Then, dip and sip! Another favorite is Gustare Apricot Balsamic Vinegar with a wedge of lime.
