Ingredients

  • 1½ cup jasmine rice
  • 2½ cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Gustare Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¾ tsp. sea salt
  • 1½ tbsp. Gustare Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup chopped scallions

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a medium, covered saucepan. Stir in Persian Lime olive oil, salt and rice. Cover and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in Honey-Ginger balsamic vinegar and scallions. Enjoy!
