Ingredients

  • 1½ cup jasmine rice
  • 2½ cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Gustare Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. sea salt, or to taste
  • ½ cup chopped scallions

Directions

In medium, covered saucepan bring water to a boil.

Stir in Persian Lime olive oil, salt and rice.

Return to a boil, cover and reduce to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

Stir in scallions. Enjoy!
