• 8c baguette, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3c Gustare Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. Gustare Tuscan Blend Seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Gustare Fleur de Sel
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


Whisk olive oil and seasonings together in a large bowl.


Add bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.


Spread in a singe layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!


This recipe can be tailor-made to suit your taste. Do you love focaccia, whole wheat, multi-grain, pumpernickel, or another type of bread? They all make fantastic croutons. Mix it up further by using your favorite Gustare Extra Virgin Varietal or Infused Olive Oil to create the flavor combination you crave.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature 2-3 weeks (as if they would actually remain that long!) or freeze in a ziplock for 2-3 months. Croutons may be re-crisped in the oven if they soften.
