Ingredients

  • 2 jars roasted peppers, drained
  • ¼ cup Gustare Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 ozs. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1½ garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • ½ tsp. plus ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. plus ⅛ tsp. pepper, freshly ground

Place all ingredients in food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
