• 4 ozs. chilled San Pellegrino sparkling water
  • 1 oz. Gustare Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1½ tbsp. apricot nectar
  • Wedge of lime (a nice, fat juicy one!)
  • Chilled glass
  • Thinly sliced limes for garnish
  • 1 dried apricot, snipped into 4-5 strips, for garnish



Combine sparkling water, balsamic, vodka, nectar, and a squeeze of lime in shaker. Stir well or shake vigorously. Pour over ice in chilled, 12-oz. glass. Garnish with floating dried apricots and a wheel of lime perched on the rim of the glass. Enjoy!
