We experimented and found that our many of our single origin coffees that we source from Peru can withstand heat and offers an indulgent cup when roasted to the darkest side on the medium roast scale. When testing these beans on our S35 Loring machine, we found the profile that brings out the nice bold flavors of a darker roast without compromising the integrity and quality of the coffee we work so hard to source.
