SPAIN- 2018 Crush

This Frantoio is a robust, high polyphenol, green, spicy olive oil that is pungent and a bit bitter.  It has very little ripe fruit flavor, but is floral and bursting with herbaceous flavors dominated by green tea, mint, nettle, and black pepper.  It will add herbal ‘zing’ to many rich, spicy foods.
