Spring & Summer afternoon spritzer featuring Gustare Ripe Summer Peach, Sicilian Lemon or Cape Cod Cranberry White Balsamic Vinegar. Refreshing flavor without the sugar or calories.
Ingredients
- Ice
- San Pellegrino, chilled

Gustare Ripe Summer Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- Narrow wedges of fresh peaches for garnish

Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

Cape Cod Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
- In a chilled 6-8 oz. glass, add ice and sparking water.
Add ½-1 oz. Ripe Summer Peach, Sicilian Lemon or any Gustare white balsamic vinegar and stir.
Add a narrow peach wedge to the rim of the glass to dip and sip, and/or float a very thin slice of lime in the glass, sit back and enjoy!
Recipe Note
For a change of pace, substitute Ripe Summer Peach for Sicilian Lemon,
Cape Cod Cranberry Pear or Apricot or Cucumber Melon balsamic. Add your favorite citrus fruit and enjoy.
