Summer spritzer featuring Gustare Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
- Ice
- San Pellegrino, chilled
- Gustare Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- Narrow wedges of fresh peaches for garnish
Directions
- In a chilled 6-8 oz. glass, add ice and sparking water.
- 2Add ½-1 oz. Ripe Summer Peach balsamic and stir.
Add a narrow peach wedge to the rim of the glass to dip and sip, and/or float a very thin slice of lime in the glass, sit back and enjoy!
Recipe Note
For a change of pace, substitute Ripe Summer Peach for Sicilian Lemon,
Cape Cod Cranberry Pear or Apricot balsamic. Add your favorite citrus fruit and enjoy.
