Stovetop Popcorn

Directions

1. Briefly, preheat a large cast iron or enamel Dutch oven over high heat.

2. Add olive oil, then popcorn. When it begins to pop, immediately cover and turn down to medium heat until popping stops, approximately 3-4 minutes, shaking occasionally.
