Ingredients
- 2 jars roasted peppers, drained
- ¼ cup Gustare Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 ozs. crumbled feta cheese
- 1½ garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- ½ tsp. plus ⅛ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. plus ⅛ tsp. pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
