Welcome to Spring! This delicious, quick salad pairs well with just about every protein or enjoyed all on its own.
Ingredients

6 cups mixed, fresh, farmers’ market greens (such as baby romaine, beet greens, lolla rossa, arugula, tango, green and red oak leaf)

6-8 radishes, cut in matchsticks

1 tsp. Kozlik’s Dijon Classic Mustard

2 tsp. Kozlik’s Triple Crunch Mustard

1 tbsp. minced shallot
-
1 tsp. honey

¼ cup Gustare Cucumber Melon Balsamic Vinegar

¼ cup Gustare Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

Sea salt
-
Black pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Add greens to a large salad bowl
To a vinaigrette shaker or small bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Shake or whisk together until emulsified. Drizzle over greens; toss and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Optional: Finish salad with shelled pistachios, cracked a bit or left whole
