Catherine & Dave Ferraresi created a unique olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting experience on Cape Cod for local and ‘seasonal local’ guests visiting their inviting Chatham Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar shops in Chatham, Mashpee and Wellesley MA. Gustare Oils & Vinegars offers a fresh and flavorful sampling opportunity to explore select imported olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world.

While living in Europe for over a decade, Catherine & Dave were intrigued by the broad offering of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars available in quaint village markets. Gustare O&V opened in the summer of 2009 to best share their passion for fresh, flavorful, healthful, high quality food products. Inspired by Marcella Hazan’s cooking style and philosophy, Catherine developed her own creative expertise to share with Gustare guests. She had the pleasure to personally meet Marcella while attending cooking school with Giuliano Hazan at Villa Giona in Verona, Italy.
