Welcome to Gustare Oils & Vinegars. Enjoy a unique European tasting experience by sampling imported extra virgin olive oils and traditionally aged balsamic vinegars from around the world. Our flagship village shop located in Chatham, MA was created in 2009. We offer our guests a ‘fresh and flavorful’ retail experience while shopping on Cape Cod.  Our newest tasting room is open in downtown Wellesley-Central Square at 90 Central Street with convenient parking in our rear lot.
